  Prior to reinstalling the safety tee assembly 

back into the E-DWT housing, first insert the 
gland and collar nipple assembly into the top 
side of the tee and tighten to a torque of 8.5 
Nm (75 inch*lb). 

 

 

Step 11 

 

  To reassemble, reverse the procedure.  When reassembling the high pressure gland and 

collar fittings, protect the conical tip from damage and be sure that the collar is fully threaded 
on the nipple (left hand thread) before tightening the gland nut.  Leak check all connections 
after reassembly. 

  Finish by filling and priming the lines with oil per section 3.5.1.
