AMPS-1 OPERATING MANUAL
Cardiac Output (OPTIONAL):
• Baseline Temperatures: 36, 37 and 38°C.
• Injectate Thermistor Types: - H-P/Philips compatible, at 2°C or 20°C
- American Edwards/Spacelabs compatible, at 2°C
- Adjustable (default Edwards/Spacelabs at 20°C)
• Injectate Temperatures: 2 or 20°C.
• Cardiac Outputs: 3, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5 and 7 liters/minute
• Simulation Types: - Trend On/Off
- Slow/Faulty Injection
- L/R Shunt
- Cal Pulse: 1°C for 1 second
- Cal Pulse: 1°C for 4 seconds
Fetal ECG/Intrauterine Pressure (OPTIONAL):
• Fetal ECG Base Rates: 60, 90, 120, 140, 150, 180, 210, and 240 BPM
• Fetal ECG Amplitudes: 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 mV
• Fetal ECG Rate Variation: Uniform, early, and late deceleration
• Intrauterine Pressure: 0-25, 0-50 and 0-100 mmHg
• Transducer Sensitivity: 5 µV/V/mmHg or 40 µV/V/mmHg
Auto Presets:
Ten user-defined simulation setups can be programmed and uploaded to AMPS-1 using
the
AMPSpc software (standard accessory, included).
