The relay 3 (X3) can be activated when the room temperature gets lower
than the desired room temperature.
Relay X3 is activated when the difference between the actual room
temperature and the desired room temperature is bigger than the set value.
Relay X3 is deactivated when the actual room temperature becomes higher
than the desired room temperature.

difference, the code setting in 'Optional function' must be "3".

Frost protection, based on the outdoor temperature.
When the outdoor temperature gets below the set temperature value in ‘P
frost T’, the controller automatically switches ON the circulation pump (for
example P1 or X3) to protect the system.

OFF:
No frost protection.
Value:
Circulation pump is ON when the outdoor temperature
is below the set value.
Under normal conditions, your system is not frost protected if your
setting is below 0 °C or OFF.
For water-based systems, a setting of 2 °C is recommended.
If the outdoor temperature sensor is not connected and the factory
setting has not been changed to 'OFF', the circulation pump is always
ON.
