Troubleshooting

Is there any evidence

of a short circuit?

Yes

Defective harness.

Replace harness.

Replace fuse F19 on 12V fuse

box C14.

Replace relay K004 and K005.

Did fuse F19 blow again

during test drive?

Yes

Contact Dana for further

investigation.

Complete

With a multimeter, check for short circuit between the

following points:

-LV short: Resistance measurement is less than 100k-

ohms.

-Inspect all connectors and wires between the two test

points of the harness ends.

GND strip1

12V fuse box C14

Ground
