Chapter 8: Equipment configuration
Supply — Select the power supply from the drop down list
Expansion Box — Select the enclosure where the alarm relay is located
Slot — Select the slot (or module) to which the alarm relay is connected
Output — Select the output of the module corresponding to the alarm relay
Alarm state — Select the state of the relay when an alarm is active
Idle state — This parameter is read only. It is the reverse of the alarm state parameter. Displays the
state of the relay when there are no active alarms
Configuring an egg cooler
1. Press on Egg cooler in the list of equipment on the left hand side of the screen and then press on
the icon.
2. Enter the name of your choice or leave the default name.
NOTE: If the name chosen is too long, it is truncated on the tile.
3. Select the supply from the drop down list.
4. Select the enclosure, slot and input where the egg cooler is connected from the drop down lists.
5. Select the output, and then enter the number of loads.
Configuring an egg humidifier
1. Press on Egg humidifier in the list of equipment on the left hand side of the screen and then press
on the icon.
2. Enter the name of your choice or leave the default name.
NOTE: If the name chosen is too long, it is truncated on the tile.
3. Select the supply from the drop down list.
4. Select the enclosure, slot and input where the egg humidifier is connected from the drop down lists.
5. Select the output, and then enter the number of loads.
Configuring a counter
1. Press on Counters on the left hand side of the equipment configuration page and then press on the
button.
2. Enter the name of the counter or leave the default name.
NOTE: If the name is too long it will be truncated on the tile.
3. Enter the number of items per pulse under 1 pulse = .
4. Enter the Expansion Box, slot number, and input where the counter is connected.
