There are 2 ways for setup a patient before starting a measurement:
a) New Patient:
It is possible to select the NBP Measurement Type before starting a measurement.
In the menu Start Measurement a new measurement can be started with different
properties:
•
New BP + HD Measurement: Measures blood pressure and all hemodynamic
parameters
•
New BP + PPV Measurement: Measures blood pressure and PPV
•
New BP Measurement: Only the measurement of blood pressure is started
b) Use Current Patient Data (continue):
When Use Current Patient Data is selected, all settings of the current measurement
remain unchanged. To continue a previously stopped measurement the Start/Stop
button needs to be pressed once to display the Start Measurement dialog.
NOTE:
•
In case of a pay-per-use a continued measurement will be charged the same way as
a new measurement.
