CLI Command List
Syntax:
set tmc < primary | secondary > <n:ch|none>
Example:
set tmc primary 25:24

set tmc secondary 29:24

Set User Level
Purpose:
This is a Level 1 command that allows a network manager to set security access levels
for each user name. All users have Level 1 access (highest) unless changed to a lower
access level.
NOTE:
There must be at least one Level 1 user.
Security:
Level 1 (manager)
Syntax:
set user <"name"> level < access >
Field Description
primary Set location of primary TMC link.
secondary Set location of secondary TMC link.
n DS1 number, 1 to 32, that contains TMC link.
ch DS0 channel, 1 to 24, within the DS1.
none Removes TMC channel assignment.
Field Description
name User names can be up to 10 characters long, and may use any
combination of letters and numbers. No spaces or special
characters are allowed. Names are not case sensitive. Upper case
(capital letters) will be converted to lower case letters before
being processed. The name must be enclosed in quotes if it
contains spaces..

access User access level: 1, 2, or 3.
1 – Manager, with access to all commands. Can add and delete
users. There must be at least one Level 1 user.
2 – Operator, with access to all commands except adding and
deleting users, restoring defaults, uploading and
downloading configurations, and sending switch
provisioning requests. Can change own password.
3 – Monitor, with access limited to displaying reports and status.
No access to any commands that could affect system
operation.
