Connecting the Plug to the Wall Outlet

4-16.2.11.2 How to Turn the Power On

Press the Main POWER switch on the front of TV to turn the set on.

POWER-ON:

Green

When the set is on or in standby mode press the Main POWER switch
on the TV to turn the set off.

POWER-OFF:

No light

Example: The screen below is displayed for a while after the TV is turned
on. (setting condition is an example.)

Press the POWER button on the remote control to turn the TV off: Red
(standby)

Press the POWER button on the remote control to turn the TV on: Green

NOTE:

The TV’s power cord must ﬁ rst be plugged into

the wall outlet.

NOTE:

The TV will still consume some power as long as the power cord is

still plugged into the wall outlet.
