Centre (2404) Tunnel Top Cross in the notch of (2403) Tunnel Top and attach with 1 (S2) #8 x 1-1/2” Wood

Screw. (fig. 39.4)

With a helper place 2 Tunnel panels together, make sure they are centred on (2403) Tunnel Top, leaving

a 1” overhang on each end. Attach Tunnel assembly with 4 (S10) #8 x 1” Pan Screws in each side of (2404)

Tunnel Top Cross and 8 (S10) #8 x 1” Pan Screws in (2403) Tunnel Top. (fig. 39.5, 39.6 and 39.7)

Turn assembly over and place (2392) Tunnel Arch centred on top of (2403) Tunnel Top then attach with 2

(S3) #8 x 2-1/2” Wood Screws. (fig. 39.7)
