With helper place Tunnel Assembly over floor boards. Make sure (2403) Tunnel Top is centred over the

pilot holes in (2398) Tunnel Left End and the bottoms of both boards are flush to each other. Ends of the

Tunnel Assembly should sit tight against both (2361) A Frame Uprights. Attach (2398) Tunnel Left End to

(2403) Tunnel Top with 2 (S3) #8 x 2-1/2” Wood Screws. (fig. 40.1 and 40.2)

Make sure the bottom of the Tunnel sits 1-1/2” up from the bottom of both (2362) Back Tunnel Support and

(2373) Front Tunnel Support then install 1 (S10) #8 x 1” Pan Screw to each support in the holes closes to the A

Frame. (fig. 40.3)

Maintaining the 1-1/2” measurement on each (2362) Back Tunnel Support and (2373) Front Tunnel Support

install 6 (S10) #8 x 1” Pan Screws in each support working from A Frame towards the main fort. (fig. 40.3)
