CAUTION!
During all learning trips, the gate must not be stopped by light barriers, safety
contact strips or anything else or prevented from running
normally.
Press the
"Escape/Menu" key repeatedly until the display shows "Learning
runs". Confirm this with the
" / Return" key.
Press and hold the
"↑ +" or "↓ -." key accordingly to move the gate to the
OPEN position with the dead man function; you can also interrupt the move-
ment several times by releasing the key. When you have reached the end posi-
tion OPEN, confirm this with
" / Return". Make sure that the gate is not posi-
tioned in the mechanical stop.
The display shows
"Ref. run CLOSE", confirm this with " / Return". Now the
control unit closes the gate on its own up to the closing point, which is detect-
ed by the force switch-off.
You can also optionally stop the gate with the keys
"↑+" or "↓-" before the
final closing point and then move it back manually to the closing position with
the keys
"↑+" and "↓-".
When the closing position is reached, whether automatically or manually, con-
firm this with the
" / Return" key. Make sure that the gate is not positioned
in the mechanical stop.
Now the display shows
"Learning run open?", confirm this with the
" / Return" button. The gate will start in the opening direction and automat-
ically learn the force values in the opening direction.
Then the display shows
"Learning run close?", confirm this with the
" / Return" button. The gate will start in the closing direction and automati-
cally learn the force values in the closing direction.
Now the display shows
"Learning runs OK?” If all learning trips were in order,
confirm this display with the " / Return" key.
If one of the learning trips has been influenced by an irregular procedure (safe-
ty device, etc.) select the answer option →No← with the key
"↑ +", confirm this with " / Return" and carry out the steps from "11.2."
again.
