CapTalk – 3

Setup

The

Setup menu item provides the user with access

to the

Profile, Setpoints, Configuration, Settings

Profile Triggers, Alarms, Wakeup Screen Menu

Setup, Data Logging, Harmonics, Oscillograph,

Sequence of Events CBEMA Events, and

Phase Overcurrent submenu items. The setpoint

information displayed on these screens can be from

either the control or from an open CapTalk

file.

Also included in the Setup submenu is the

Reset

Delta Voltage, Reset Delta Current, Power

up Open Command, and Display All Settings

commands. When the Display All Settings is invoked

the M‑6280A All Setpoints Dialog Screen (Figure

3‑70) is displayed. When Reset Delta Voltage is

selected, the user can reset the Delta Voltage value

to a default value of 2.0 V or a value from 0.5 to

20.0 Volts to establish a new baseline. When Reset

Delta Current is selected, the user is able to reset

the Delta Current value in the control to zero.

Setup/Profile
The Profile menu item includes the "Set Active

Profile" selection which allows the user to manually

select the active Setpoint Profile. Also included is

the "Profile Names" menu item which allows the

user to Enter/Edit the 16 character Profile name for

each file (Figure 3‑34).
