SETTING UP A SEQUENCE
An operator with access rights to the matrix menu system can program new sequences which can then be run using the
Pyramid 2 Keyboard (see
Recalling a Sequence
on page 18).
An operator can store up to 16 sequences, each with 16 cameras. In doing so, you select a sequence number, the sequence
of cameras and the dwell time for each camera.
To program a new sequence, follow the steps below:
1. Access the menu system for the matrix on which the new sequence is to be stored - see
Accessing the Matrix Menu
System
on page 43.
The matrix menu system is displayed on the selected monitor.
2. Select the
Set sequence
menu item.
3. From the resulting menu, select
Define sequence
. A list of the 16 sequences is displayed.
4. Select the sequence that is to be programmed. An old unused sequence can be edited, but it is important to make sure
not to select a sequence that has already been set up and that is still used on site.
The
Current Sequence List
is displayed. When an unused sequence is selected, the list has only one item, which
allows the operator to programme the first camera to the sequence. If a previously used sequence is selected, the
current sequence is displayed, which can be re-programmed.
