5.9.3
LIMIT LEFT
Value measured horizontally from reference point (0 mm), to the left.
All edges to the left of this range are suppressed.
5.9.4
LIMIT RIGHT
Value measured horizontally from reference point (0 mm), to the right.
All edges to the right of this range are suppressed.
5.9.5
OFFSET
All edges below this line are suppressed.
In case of standard installation, if FLEX MOUNT is not activated, the offset is measured from the sensor
reference point (250 mm away from the sensor).
If FLEX MOUNT is activated, the taught-in reference surface is 0.
TEACH REF activated
If the FLEX MOUNT function is activated,
the sensor already knows the reference surface;
the desired offset value can be entered
directly.
Example
The offset should be 10 mm above the taught-in
reference surface.
Displayed value in the OFFSET menu: 0 mm.
Entered OFFSET = 10 mm

Standard installation
In standard installation, the distance between the
reference point and the sensor is always 250 mm.
The distance from the reference surface can be
output with LIVE MONITOR, which makes it easier to
calculate the offset.
Example
The offset should be 10 mm above the reference
surface.
Displayed value in LIVE DIAGNOSIS: 240 mm.
250 mm - 240 mm + 10 mm = 20 mm
Entered OFFSET = 20 mm
