5.5 EDGE HEIGHT / OBJECT HEIGHT / GAP DEPTH
The minimum step height which the sensor should detect as an edge can be entered in mm here. By default,
this step height is set to 4 mm.
2 mm is preset as the smallest detectable step. If the detected step is smaller than the value entered here, it is
not detected as an edge.

To improve sensitivity to dark objects, the exposure time can be increased. At the same time, the measuring
repeat time changes as well.
