When selecting from the list, the receive polarization must be determined. Click the
Pol
setting arrow to
activate the dropdown box and change the Polarization setting for the satellite to be acquired.
Note that in the above figure, certain satellites have information populated in the TLE 1 & TLE 2
columns. In order to use TLE tracking, the associated profiles must use a target satellite of this
type.
To
import a satellite list or TLE data
, upload files or data strings in .txt format only. Note that
importing a satellite list will clear all existing data. Importing TLE data will give the user the option
to overwrite (Delete) the existing list or to append to the existing list.
TLE Data can also be typed or copied directly into the
TLE1 and TLE2
spaces in the Satellite List for
any satellite. If any changes are made to information on a satellite that is already selected for use
in a target profile, the user will have to re-select that satellite within the profile configuration.
To add a new satellite, press the
Add Custom Satellite
button. The window below will appear:
