Installing Third-Party Apps  105 

Pexip Cloud Video Interop - Calendar Invitation 

When using Pexip infrastructure, directly or as a SIP/H.323 Gateway (Cloud Video Interop) for 
other cloud video solutions services (for example MS Teams), there is the possibility that Pexip 
CVI calendar invitations use URLs that refer to a domain customized for the specific customer 
company.   

As the CU360 cannot predefine all those possible domains, they must be added manually in the 
FQDN list, if you want to place the call using the CU360 app (SIP/H.323). Otherwise the call will 
be placed by using the third-party native Android app. 

For instance, if your Pexip CVI invitation is customized for the domain xxx.acompany.com, as in

you can then create a new FQDN to support this invitation as a SIP call as below:
