BCX Series Operating Manual Page 93
After the test conditions are chosen for each step, values for temperatures, relative
humidity and looping must be set.
To the right is an
example of setpoints for
these conditions.
Note – if certain cells are
left blank, the controller
may ignore that
parameter.
STEP TIME.
This is the time that this step will be run. If it is left blank,
the controller will run the next step. All 50 steps will be
run by the controller.
CABINET TEMP. SET PT.
The temperature in degrees C that the cabinet’s exposure
zone will attain during a given step.
BUBBLE TOWER SET PT
The temperature in degrees C that the cabinet’s bubble
tower will attain during a given step. It is recommended to
use 41
o

humidity. This will keep the bubble tower warm.
RH SET PT
The percent RH that the cabinet’s exposure zone will attain
during a given step. The controller will only run this
condition if CONTROLLED RH is chosen in the first set of
conditions.
IMM TANK SET PT
The temperature in degrees C that the cabinet’s immersion
solution reservoir will attain during a given step.
LOOP TO STEP
The next step the controller will go to after completing the
current step. If this is left blank, or has a “0” in it, the
controller will go to the next step.
NUMBER OF LOOPS
The number of times the controller will repeat the
programmed loop for a given step.
NOTE: Some displayed features are optional and not on each cabinet. They can be used only if the
options were purchased with the cabinet.
