Using the TOUCH PANEL
keys the user can turn these devices on and off
individually. For example, to turn the cabinet heater on, press the TOUCH PANEL
key to the far left. To turn the cabinet heater off, press the TOUCH
PANEL
key that is second from the left.
In the same way, to turn the bubble tower heater on, press the TOUCH PANEL
key that is third from the left, (or second from the right). To turn the bubble tower heater
off, press the TOUCH PANEL
key that is all the way to the right.
Use the NEXT
and PREVIOUS
keys to choose other items to
control. Below is a complete list of all of these items.
1. Cabinet
Heater
2. Bubble Tower Heater
3. Air Blower – (purge solenoid for BCX cabinet)
4. Spray
Pump
5. Moist Air Solenoid
6. Mix Air Solenoid (not available on BCX)
7. DI Fog Solenoid (not available on BCX)
8. Salt Fog Solenoid
9. Fill Trap Solenoid (not available on BCX)
10. Trap Drain Solenoid (not available on BCX)
11. Nozzle Drain Solenoid (not available on BCX)
12. User Output 1
This entire section is only active for a preset amount of time. That is, when the user
enters this section of the controller, an internal timer is activated. When the pre-set
amount of time elapses, all components that were turned on in the MANUAL mode by
the user are turned off, and the DISPLAY area is changed back to the first screen.
