STANDARD OMRON CONTROLS - TEMPERATURE SETTING
Two digital temperature controllers are located in the control panel. The controller
marked "cabinet Temperature" has been preset to 35ºC (95ºF). The controller marked
"Bubble Tower Temperature" has been preset to 48ºC (118ºF). They have been
configured to operate in the ON/OFF mode, in degrees C, with alarms. A protective
cover keeps salt fog from damaging the controllers.
To read the wet bulb temperature, be sure
temperature display switch is on "cabinet"
and hold the spring-loaded switch to "Wet
Bulb". (Always return switch to "Dry
Bulb".)
To change the setpoint:
Press the
key, the letters SP
should appear in the display
data identifier just above the
key. The main display will register the current setpoint.
Press the

keys to either scroll down, or up to the new setpoint.
Press the
key twice and the new setpoint will take effect. (Note: after
pressing the key once, an AL will appear in the display window. This is the alarm
setpoint, which is the temperature at which the controller will shut off the cabinet heaters
and sound an alarm. An alarm will not clear until the condition that caused it is
corrected. )
