BCX Series Operating Manual                                  

 

 
The conditions in orange and rose can be selected in conjunction with other conditions

SPRAY PUMP 

Uses a magnetic drive (or similar) pump to pull solution 
from the reservoir and send it into the spray bar header for 
direct spray (impingement) of the test specimens.  

TIME IN SEC. 

C

hanges the timer for a specific step from minutes to 

seconds. 

IMMERSION HOLD SOAK 

Holds the cabinet at a specific step in the cycle even if the 
step time has elapsed until the programmed immersion 
reservoir temperature setpoint has been attained.  

USER OUTPUT 

Activates an output on the control I/O during that step.  The 
user can connect a device to that output and have the 
device activated during any specified step.  

CHAM HOLD SOAK 

Holds the cabinet at a specific step in the cycle even if the 
step time has elapsed until the programmed cabinet 
exposure zone temperature setpoint has been attained.  

CHAM RAMP SOAK 

Meters power to the cabinet heaters so that the exposure 
zone temperature setpoint is achieved at the end of the step 
time.
