Performing bevel cuts
1. Set the saw blade

to the desired angle (see chapter “Setting the cutting

2. Set the parallel guide

3. Perform the cut corresponding to the width of the work piece (see chapter
“Performing lengthwise cuts”).
Performing cross cuts
WARNING!
Risk of injury!
Improperly handling the table saw poses a risk of serious injury.
− Always take hold of the guided work piece and never of the unguided
work piece that is being cut off.
− Always push the cross guide forward until the work piece has been cut
through completely.

2. Lower the saw blade guard onto the saw table

The saw blade guard is pushed up by the work piece while sawing.
3. Firmly push the work piece against the cross guide.
4. Switch on the dust extractor first and then the table saw.
5. Push the cross guide and the work piece towards the saw blade to perform the
cut.
6. Switch the table saw and the dust extractor off.
7. Let the cutting waste rest on the saw table until the saw blade returns to the
resting position.
Cutting particleboards
To prevent raw edges when cutting particleboards, do not set the saw blade

higher than 5 mm above the work piece thickness.
