U, V, and W-band p o w er sensors are not a v ailable from
Agilent T ec hnologies. F or these frequencies use the Anritsu ML83A
P o w er Meter with the MP715-004 (40 to 60 GHz), the MP716A
(50 to 75 GHz), or the MP81B (75 to 110 GHz) p o w er sensors. Since
the Anritsu mo del ML83A P o w er Meter is not capable of in ternally
storing p o w er sensor cal factors, y ou m ust man ually correct the
data en try . Refer to example 2 for information on man ual en try of
correction data.
Setup Sw ept Signal Generator P arameters
5. T urn on the sw ept signal generator and press 4 PRESET 5.
The following o ccurs:
The source mo dule's frequency span is display ed on the sw ept
signal generator.
The sw ept signal generator's lev eling mo de is automatically
c hanged from in ternal to \mo dule lev eling".
