Recalling an
Instrument State
The sa v e/recall registers store and access a previously set instrumen t
state.
F or example, set the sw ept signal generator to sw eep from 3 GHz to
15 GHz at a 010 dB p o w er lev el, with markers 1 and 2 set at 4.5 and
11.2 GHz.
Press 4 ST ART 5 4 3 5 4 GHz 5.

Press 4 RECALL 5 4 1 5.
Press 4 MARKER 5.
The active en try area displays:
--> RECALL REGISTER: 1 RECALLED
Notice the sw eep end p oints, p o w er lev el, and the asterisks next to
the marker 1 and 2 k ey lab els.
Y ou can sa v e instrumen t states in registers 1 through 8. Register
0 sa v es the last instrumen t state b efore p o w er is turned o. When
p o w er is turned on, register 0 is automatically recalled.
