The nomenclature of the meter models will follow a four digit scheme as shown below.

The first digit represents the major version/generation number.
•
The second digit represents the minor version/generation number.
•
The third digit represents the number of elements in the meter.
The only exception is the CT connect meter where the letter C will be used instead of a
number.
•
The fourth digit represents the number of relays in the meter.
The following table summarizes the eight meters in the SGM3000 Series Smart Meters family.
