Setting the First Stop:

  Press the clutch and using the actuator “U bolt” rotate the actuator 

so the valve is in the fully-closed position then release the clutch.  Loosen the screw located 
on the top of the Stop and slide the Stop against the “U bolt” assembly until the two parts 
come in contact.  Secure the Stop in position by tightening the Phillips head screw.

Setting the Second Stop:

  Press the clutch and rotate the actuator in the opposite direction 

until the valve is in the fully-open position then release the clutch.  Loosen screw located on 
the top of the Stop and slide the Stop against the “U bolt” until the two parts come in 
contact.  Secure the Stop in position by tightening the Phillips head screw (see below). 

 

5.

 

Apply Power and Run Adaption:

  Connect power and signal wires to the actuator.  Verify 

the power LED is on then press the “Adaption” button and hold for approximately 2 

seconds.  The actuator will now drive one full cycle to each of its mechanical end Stops.  

Upon completion of this cycle the actuator working range (input, feedback and running 

time) will be adapted to the actual mechanical angle of rotation.
