ADJUSTMENT
Pressure Testing
The appliance and its main gas valve must be disconnected from the gas supply piping system during any pressure
testing of the system at test pressures in excess of ½ psi (3.5 kPa).
Make sure to apply these incoming pressure test with all other gas appliances on, or at full capacity in the house
for proper pressure reading.
Inlet Pressure Test
Pressure check taps for manifold (outgoing) and inlet (incoming) pressure have been incorporated
into the valve. The pressure tap marked OUT measures outgoing pressure. The pressure tap marked IN
measures incoming pressure.
If the inlet pressure reading is too high or too low, contact the gas company. Only a qualified gas service
technician should adjust incoming gas pressure.
