Important: all cables must be resistant to being placed in the ground, inside a conduit.



All cables must have an isolation that is self-extinguishing and flame retardant

according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1-2.



All cables must correspond to the VDE, CE and EAC Low Voltage Directive and must

meet the RoHS compliance.



The identity and/or function of the cable must be marked every 2000 mm of the cable’s

length and on its both ends.

4.5. Internet connection

In most cases the integrated 3G modem is used for wireless internet access. A customer SIM
card is not required. If there is no 3G signal available, a standard wired internet connection is
required. For this option, contact ABB Sales department (see
