Fitting the cable attachments - IRBDP SW6 UE and IRBDP MH6 UE

Use this procedure to fit the cable attachments of the cable package

IRBDP SW6

and

IRBDP MH6 UI

Note

Action

Move the robot to a comfortable position
for fitting the cable attachments on the up-
per arm.

DANGER

Turn off all:

•

electric power supply

•

hydraulic pressure supply

•

air pressure supply

to the robot, before entering the robot
working area.

Fit the

wrist protection cover

to the upper

arm bracket.
Attachment screws fitted from inside. Se-
cure the wrist protection cover to the upper
arm bracket with the nuts from the outside.

Attachment screws and nuts:
M6x10 quality 8.8-A2F (2 pcs) + nuts M6
quality steel 8-A2F (2 pcs)

Remove two M6 screws securing the wrist
cover and replace them with

distance

screws with flange

. The second screw is

placed diagonally below the screw shown.
Lock distance screws with locking liquid
(Loctite 243).
