Use this procedure to adjust the adjustable bracket axis 6.

Note

Action

DANGER

Turn off all:

•

electric power supply

•

hydraulic pressure supply

•

air pressure supply

to the robot, before entering the robot
working area.

Turn off all electric power, hydraulic and
pneumatic pressure supplies to the robot
and for the track motion.

Remove the attachment screw locking the
adjustable bracket 2(2) in its most forward
position.

Note

The attachment screw is only used to lock
the adjustable bracket axis 6 in its most
forward position. If there is a need to adjust
the bracket in any other position, this screw
is not needed.

Unscrew the attachment screw shown in
the figure, a little, in order to be able to ad-
just the adjustable bracket. Do not remove
it at this stage!
