You interpret the LEDs as follows:
a.
LED on Call 1 indicates the status of the PC circuit.
b.
LED on Call 2 indicates the status of the LAN circuit.
TFTP Address.
This is what has been configured manually or obtained by DHCP. If the DHCP
server did not specify the TFTP address, the phone indicates this:
Configuration File.
Once the phone obtains the address of the TFTP server, it tries to retrieve its
configuration file from the TFTP server. It reports whether the file was read correctly or not:

MAC Address.
This is hard coded into the phone during manufacture and cannot be modified.
