Observe the LEDs and verify that they all function.

While the LEDs are flashing, the LCD changes between the two following fixed graphical
patterns in rhythm with the LEDs:

Fn
button to begin the Keypad test.
This test requires that you push each button in sequence, starting with the button in the top
left corner of the keypad and proceeding right.

The first four buttons that you should press, in order, are
Call 1

Msg/Encrypt

DND/Fwd
.
When you press a button in proper order, the phone displays a mark in the corresponding
space of the display. If you press a button out of order, the phone beeps. After pressing the
first four buttons the display shows:

After pressing all of the buttons on a row, proceed to the next row of buttons. Each display
row corresponds to two rows of buttons. After you press each button in the first four rows,
