If there is at least one call appearance has an active call or is ringing, you can display a summary
of the activity on each call appearance by pressing the
OK
button:
When in summary mode, the LCD displays:
•
the call appearance number, number or name of the contact, and the call duration of the first
call on the top row
•
the call appearance number, number or name of the contact, and the call duration of the
second call on the middle row
•
the date and time on the bottom row
The timer shows the call time in minutes and seconds until the call length has reached an hour.
It then displays the time in hours and minutes.
To toggle between display modes, press the
OK
button. If there is only one active call appearance,
the phone toggles between displaying that call appearance and the call summary. When both call
appearances are active, the phone toggles the displays in the following order:
1.
call appearance one
2.
call appearance two
3.
call summary display

Network Failure
If the phone sends a message to the SIP server that the SIP server does not answer, the phone
displays:
The phone makes the handset and speaker quiet and displays the message until you attempt to
make another call or perform another task on the phone.
You should contact the administrator of the system if you see this message.

Receiving a Call
6.4.1
Alerting
When you receive a call, the phone flashes the LED of a call appearance button. The LED flashes
on for 250 ms and off for 250 ms.
