Key Switch/Steering Lock Positions
This is a three-position switch that is located on the
fork in front of the handlebar. The switch positions are
as follows:
A.
Steering Lock
C. ON
B. OFF
The key should be removed from the motorcycle
when parked to prevent theft. The key can be
removed in either the OFF or Steering Lock Position.
A. Steering Lock
Using the steering lock when parked will prevent
unauthorized use and help prevent theft.
To Lock:
1. Turn the handlebar all the way to the left.
2. Push the key down from the OFF position and
turn the key counter-clockwise while still pushing
it down.
3. Remove the key.
