USB Storage Feature

GS200ROM
GS200ROM is a 4 MB non-volatile disk with preset folders for different purposes. Files
are stored in the appropriate folders.
• PROGRAM
The PROGRAM folder stores program files that you can select when you want to
execute a program.
When the GS200 is sent from the factory or when the disk is formatted, two sample
program files are stored in this folder.
• SETUP
The SETUP folder stores the GS200 panel setup data that is selected when settings
are loaded.
When the GS200 is sent from the factory or when the disk is formatted, a sample
setup file is stored in this folder.
GS200RAM
GS200RAM is a 16 MB RAM disk that is automatically formatted when the power is
turned on. It is a volatile disk that is used to exchange files with a PC. The result file (Result.
csv) is stored on this disk when the storage operation is carried out. Saved result files
can be read from a PC.
When you update the system firmware, system files are written to GS200RAM from your
PC. For details, see section 14.5, “Updating the System Firmware.”
