Protocol Window   

Protocol means sample measurement conditions such as imaging 

conditions specified at 

“Imaging window”, and analysis conditions 

specified at 

“Application window” and “Analysis window”. “Protocol 

window

” is to save or load Protocol, and specify the folder name to 

save measurement data obtained under the Protocol.
