Select and copy the audio waveform.

Select File->New to create a new file, set the channels as Mono, the sample rate as
8000 and the resolution as 16-bit.

Paste the audio waveform to the new file.
7.
Select File->Save as to save the new audio file. On the Save waveform page,
select the file format as A/mu-law wave.
