4. Servo Oil Pump − Installation
During installing, make sure that the clearances are correct, refer to 0330 − 1,
Supply Unit .
1) Put oil on the new O-ring (1, Fig. 6 ).
2) Attach the new O-ring (1) to the servo oil pump.
3) Put the sling (94435C) around the servo oil pump two times.
4) Attach the sling (94435C) to the engine room crane.
5) Operate the engine room crane to move the servo oil pump to a position in front of
the casing (2).
6) Attach the manual ratchets (H1, H2) to the sling (94435C).
7) Remove the engine room crane from the sling (94435C).
8) Operate the manual ratchets (H21, H2) to move the servo oil pump into the
casing (2). Make sure that you do not cause damage to the gear wheel (4) and the
thread on the connection sleeve (3).
9) Attach the servo oil pump to the casing with the four M20 Allen screws.
10) Torque the four M20 Allen screws to the value given in
0352 − 2 .
11) Do step 1 ) to step 10 ) for the other servo oil pump.

5. Completion
1) Install the pipes removed before, refer to 8447 − 1 .
2) Connect the electrical connections.
3) Set to on the main bearing oil pump.
4) Set to on the servo oil service pump.
5) Do a check for leaks.
6) Set to off, the servo oil service pump.
