Note: It is not recommended that diesel oil (gas oil) is used if the injection valve
is put into storage after these checks. Diesel oil (gas oil) can cause
corrosion of the injection valve.
On some injection valves, the quantity of leakage flow can be more than others. If the
test bench flow is not sufficient to open the needle, you can use a clean additive-type
crankcase (system) oil of SAE 30 viscosity. For more data see the Operation Manual
0750, paragraph 2 System Oil).

Preparation
WARNING
Injury Hazard. Calibration fluids are harmful substances. Always
read the safety instructions of the manufacturer before use.
Always use the necessary safety equipment.
CAUTION
Equipment Damage: Do not use welding or grinding equipment
near the work area. Always make sure that the work area is clean
and there are no unwanted materials.
1) Read and obey the data in the instruction manual of the test bench manufacturer.
2) Make sure that the work station is clean.
3) Use a brass wire brush to remove combustion particles from the external parts of
the nozzle.
4) Put the injection valve (1,
) in position in the valve holder (94273). Make sure
that the injection valve (1) points down.
5) Attach the injection valve (1) to the valve holder (94273) with the spring cages (5,
) and Allen screws (4).
6) Attach the HP hose (94275, Fig. 1) to the connecting piece (94272B).
7) Connect the electrical cable (94275A) to the injection valve (1).
