Optimization of fueling nozzle at a fueling station with a dispenser mounting
with integrated purging system (only TK17 H
2
with ENR)
If you are using a dispenser mounting with integrated purging system, proceed as follows:
Î
Unscrew the three countersunk screws (Pos. 2) from the
impact protection sleeve (Pos. 1) using an hexagonal
screwdriver A/F2 (
).
Î
Remove the impact protection sleeve (Pos. 1) carefully
).
Attention:
Do not apply high radial torque to the impact
protection sleeve during disassembly!
Slight rotary movements are allowable during
disassembly.
Î
Remove the two plugs with a flat slotted screwdriver
). This clears the three 'drain holes' for purging.
Attention:
The components may not be damaged!
Î
Then attach the impact protection sleeve (Pos. 1) back
onto the fueling nozzle.
Note:
The hole pattern of the impact protection sleeve
must be aligned with the counterpart!
Attention:
When fitting the impact protection sleeve, do
not apply any strong radial torque to it! Slight rotary
movements for adjustment are allowable during assembly.
Î
Fix the impact protection sleeve (Pos. 1) with the three
countersunk screws (Pos. 2).
Tightening torque 1.5 Nm.
