Installation of filling hose
Î
Unscrew the protection cap from the port.
Î
When mounting the filling hose, hold an open-ended
wrench against the wrench size A/F(1) (
Î
Screw the media inlet ‘B1’ pressure-tight onto the connection
port of the filling hose (
).
For the tightening torque, please refer to the table below.

Installation of purging line (only TK17 H

Î
For purging, connect the purging line 'P1' of the fueling nozzle to your nitrogen resp.
compressed air line. Use a suitable push-in connector for connection of the purging
line (not included in the scope of delivery of WEH).
Attention:
Only use nitrogen or dried air (dew point < -40°C) for purging.

Checking the connection for leak tightness
Î
Connect the fueling nozzle to the WEH
®
Service receptacle.
Î
Slowly apply the operating pressure to the filling hose and the fueling nozzle.
Î
Check the fueling nozzle and the connection between the filling hose and the
fueling nozzle for leak tightness. Please refer to
Chapter 11. Checking the leak rate
