the WEH
®
Degreasing spray,
Part No. E99-9.
Î
Apply a drop of
WEH
®
Threadlocking
adhesive
Part no. E99-90160 onto the
screws (2x).
Î
Align the side bores of the
handle protection with those
of the hand grip (Pos. 7) and
screw the two screws flush
into the bearing block
(see figure above) using the
hexagonal screwdriver

Degrease the thread using
the WEH
®
Degreasing spray,
Part No. E99-9.
Î
Apply a drop of the
WEH
®
Threadlocking
adhesive,
Part No. E99-90160, to the
screw.
Î
Align the bore of the hand
grip (Pos. 7) with the angle
piece on the fueling nozzle
and tighten the screw.
Tightening torque 2 Nm
Î
Connect the fueling nozzle to the WEH
®
Service receptacle several times. The
actuation lever (Pos. 6) must not become stuck or stiff when operated.
Î
Reconnect the fueling nozzle to the fueling station. Please refer to
Chapter 7. Installation on page 20.
