Replacement of data interface (Pos� 9) and impact protection sleeve (Pos� 1)
Attention:
When replacing the data interface (Pos. 9) please make absolutely sure
that the serial number engraved on the new data interface is identical to the serial
number of the data interface already installed.
Attention:
Maintenance steps that have to do with the data interface must be taken
under ESD protective measures. The corresponding steps are marked with the
symbol .
Î
Clamp the fueling nozzle
on the handle protection
e.g. into a vice with plastic
jaws vertically upwards.
Attention:
Do not damage
the fueling nozzle when
clamping it.
Î
Unscrew the three coun-
tersunk screws (Pos. 2)
from the impact protection
sleeve (Pos. 1) using an
hexagonal screw
driver A/F2.
Î
Remove the impact
protection sleeve (Pos. 1)
carefully.
Attention:
Do not apply
high radial torque to the
impact protection sleeve
during disassembly!
Slight rotary movements
are allowable during
disassembly.
