Operational checks
Use this procedure to check the machine’s operation; it
is designed to facilitate a quick check of the machine’s
operation during inspections.
If there is a problem with the machine, the diagnostic
information provided in this checkout may identify the
cause. This information should then provide you with
guidance for identifying simple adjustments you can make
to correct the problem.
You should complete these checks with the machine in a
level location, and where there is enough space available
to complete the checks.
Before performing these checks, you should complete all
the necessary visual inspections.
Be aware that, for many of the checks, the machine must
be at the correct operating temperature.
