Video Switcher. When the JPD-100 is connected to a CCU-100HD and the
control camera is one (1), an ON message is sent out COM2.
OFF COMMAND SEQUENCE
Call up the contact output device address as the primary control camera on
the JPD-100. Perform the following command sequence.
Auxiliary #>AUX>3 # AUX 3
When the JPD-100 is connected to a CCU-100 or a CCU-100A and the
control camera is one (1), an OFF message is sent out channel 6 to the CAT
Video Switcher. When the JPD-100 is connected to a CCU-100HD and the
control camera is one (1), an ON message is sent out COM2.
Example:
Your system contains a SmartScan camera viewing an entrance door and a
VCR for recording scenes from that SmartScan camera. The video from the
SmartScan camera is looped through a monitor output to the VCR. The VCR
is connected to an AIF-100/CO for controlling the on/off recording functions
of the VCR. The address of the AIF-100/CO is 2. The VCR is connected to
contact output 1 on this AIF-100/CO.
When an operator views a scene on the SmartScan camera that he feels
needs to be recorded, he turns the VCR on. When the scene no longer
needs recorded, he turns the VCR off.
Perform the following procedures for turning the VCR on and off.
