Restart
Restart operation after EMERGENCY STOP according to the following procedures.
(1) Verify the cause of the malfunction or error and rectify.
(If necessary, turn OFF the power source, and then carry out any maintenance
work.)
(2) Rotate the knob of the Emergency-Stop button in the direction o f the arrows
- in order to reset the EMERGENCY STOP condition.

(3) Turn ON the key switch on the main operation panel. (When OFF)
(4) Press the RESET button on the main operation pagel.
(5) Confirm that the following items displayed on the Primary Status screen in
the Intelligent System are all switched ON. If any o f these are OFF, switch
them ON.
a) USED (Press Module)
b) LINE AUTO USED (Press Module)
c) SERVO (Press Module)
d) HEATER (Press Module)
e) FRAME FILM ADSORB PUMP (Press Module)
f) FM MODE (Press Module)
g) AIR EJECT (Press Module)
h) SERVO (Resin Module)
i ) FM PUMP (Resin Module)
j ) SERVO (Handling Module)
k) PREHEATER (Handling Module)
NOTE When the Used button of Press the Primary Status
screen of the intelligence systenjjsTibt turned ON, the
operation panel and all other buttons on the Primary Status
screen cannot be turned ON.T
(6) Select “ORG” via the Mode Select button 1 on the Press Module operation
panel.
(7) Press the OPERATION button and UP button on the Press Module operation
panel simultaneously.
Wait a bit, and the Press will move to its Origin position.
(8) Make sure the heater temperature.
(9) Check air supply conditions and error / alarm status.
(10) Press the RESET button on the main operation panel.
