Other Points of Caution
- Safety Covers and Doors
If conducting operation when the safety alert system is not
functioning, there js a danger of being pinched or entangled in
working machinery.
Never remove the screwed-on covers which have hazard indication
stickers affixed to them.
When maintenance is nebessary, turn off the electrical source and
the air source. Maintenance should only*be conducted by the
service engineers.

Confirm periodically that the safety alert system is working
normally.
If the safety alert system is found to be working abnormally, be sure
to contact TOWA Corporation.
- Press Module
Before carrying out cleaning or maintenance in or around the Press
Module, turn off its power source and move the Press Module to a
safe position in order to prevent operational errors.
- Danger of being pinched or caught in machinery
When entering the machine (whether only a part of one’s body, or
one’s whole person), make sure all automatic operation has been
stopped in order to prevent being pinched or caught in the machine.
Display the tag "Now Undergoing Maintenance" or the like in the
operation area in order to prevent mistaken operation.
If any air pressure is remaining, there is a danger of being pinched
or entangled by machinery. Ascertain the Current situation, and if
necessary, turn off the air source and Remove the remaining air
pressure. Then internal operations сапЪе carried out.

- When two or more persons are working
When two or more persons are working on the machine, either
separately or together, be sure that clear, mutual communication is
maintained in order to prevent any accidents.
- Danger of getting burned
Wear protective gear (i.e., gloves, etc.), when touching any high
temperature areas (i.e., the servomotor or the molding equipment's
mold and preheater).
