Work Time Settings (Work Data Setting)
Select “System-Related M enu - Work Data Setting” from the system menu screen,
and the screen shown below will be displayed. This screen can be used to set the
working system, times for shift switches, daily reports, weekly reports and monthly
reports.
Shift Times:
The start time.forueach work shift may be set here.
A maximum*of 5 shifts m ay,be set.
In the event that there are less than 5 work shifts,
select .the ” option.
Starting week
The day o f the week that starts the working week
m ay be set.
Starting month:
The day o f the week that starts the working month
may be set (day 1 through to 28).
Click on the area desired to be changed. As data will be shown in list form, select
the data as needed. The selected data will automatically be saved to a file.
