Substrate Mounting Procedure
Do not damage the substrate.
(1) Put a substrate on the loading jig.
(2) Open the press front cover:
(3) Insert the loading jig into the mold die.

With the loading j ig placed on the rails o f the release film side plate, push the •
loading jig to slide it into the groove o f the intermediate plate.
(Put the loading jig positioning block in a square hole at the center o f the
intermediate plate.)
(4) Lower the lever, and press the loading jig against the upper die.
(5) Turn ON the substrate vacuum operation with the operation switch at the front
o f the press.
Put a substrate on the loading jig.
The loading jig is moved to the rail with
the blue knobs.
Insert the loading jig into the mold die.
Use caution about orientation o f the substrate.

Turn ON substrate vacuum operation.
