4.7 Parts Installation

CAUTION
W hen the cable connection is complete, carry out each parts installation according to the
procedures below.
Turn OFF the machine power switch and be sure to take measures
such as an indication or warning message so that the power is not
turned ON by mistake during module unit connection.
- Parts installation work must be performed in the provided work area

and the engineers should have comprehensive knowledge of work
procedures and manuals
4.7.1 Installation of Resin Handler Unit Timing Belt
(1) First confirm that the Resin Handler Unit moves
smoothly on the rail, and then move it close to the
Resin Module.
(

) Pass the belt through the pulley o f the first Press
M odule from lower side o f the rail o f the Resin
Module.
(3)
Attach the fitting to the tip o f the belt passed
through the pulley o f the Resin Module.
